Training
Bob Kutschbach, one of the most widely recognized Real Estate instructors in the State of Ohio, facilitates the majority of the training within the organization. CARLETON REALTY’s weekly new agent curriculum is so comprehensive and thorough that it has satisfied the requirements necessary to be approved by the Ohio Division of Real Estate for Continuing Education.
Our training provides the developmental tools needed to gain a foundational understanding of working with buyers and sellers throughout a real estate transaction. Agents experience a training schedule that is flexible in meeting the needs of their busy schedules. Flexible training opportunities are offered during the evening, daytime, and weekends.
An advantage of being sponsored by CARLETON REALTY is that future agents are invited to get a jump start on their career by participating in training prior to receiving their license. Once licensed, agents will be ready to start selling right away!
Upon becoming licensed, agents will be invited to New Agent Orientation where they will learn the basics needed to start selling. After completing orientation, agents will have all of the pertinent information they need to launch their real estate careers.
The following topics will be covered in great detail during each training session:
Working w/Buyers
– Understanding MLS Searches & Showing Protocols
– Writing & Negotiating Purchase Contracts
– Navigating the Home Inspection, Request to Remedy & Closing Process
Working w/Sellers
– Conducting a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA)
