    ABOUT THE BROKER                                                                

    Robert Carleton Kutschbach, President and Broker, founded CARLETON REALTY in 1990. Today, the company has grown from seven agents to over 200 agents working out of three regional offices. As a result of Bob’s leadership, the company has increased the agent roster by 40% and real estate sales have increased by over 200% in the last 5 years. CARLETON REALTY is ranked in the top 6 largest companies by number of agents within Columbus REALTORS®. CARLETON REALTY is also one of the largest independent brokerages by the number of agents in the Central Ohio area.

    Throughout Bob’s career, he has sold over 600 homes and supervised over 6,000 transactions. He has earned multiple Million Dollar Club Sales Awards. He was named the 2019 Columbus REALTORS® Broker of the Year. Active in Columbus REALTORS®, Bob is chair and vice-chair of multiple councils and committees. Bob is a member of the Independent Broker’s Association which works to keep brokerages like ours competitive with large corporate and franchise brokerages.

    Bob is one of the most widely recognized Real Estate instructors in the State of Ohio. As a real estate instructor for over 25 years, he has taught over 60 different real estate courses and educated over 50,000 students. He is one of 75 active Distinguished Real Estate Instructors (DREI) in the world. The DREI designation by the Real Estate Educators Association recognizes excellence among real estate instructors. It is awarded only to those REEA members who demonstrate outstanding knowledge of their profession, experience, and classroom performance.

    Bob has a passion for raising the level of competency, integrity, and professionalism throughout the real estate industry. Today, Bob’s primary focus is to apply his real estate knowledge and experience to help each of his agents launch their own successful real estate careers.
