One of the most important aspects of selling your home is pricing it! Your agent should discuss the condition of your home and have recommendations on upgrades to be competitive in the neighborhood.

Your agent should be marketing your home to get the most money out of the sale. Ensuring that your home has great listing pictures, is on all the top websites,  and has a video tour is very important for your home to have maximum exposure. You should also expect your agent to be marketing to other agents, holding open houses, making detailed flyers and investing in print advertising.  Marketing on different platforms is key for a successful sale.

You should expect your agent to have great negotiating skills. It is their job to coach you in this important transaction! Expect your agent to fully explain all the paperwork to you. They should also be excellent communicators. And finally, Your agent should help you find your next home should you need it!
