      Would you recommend investing? The house I bought said all new appliances, updated baths, etc., and none of this was true–long story. Anyway, should I replace appliances, update bathrooms, paint and replace carpet and floors? Floors in “updated bathrooms” are 1970s vinyl and carpet has walk paths it’s so old. Any suggestions?
