A native of Washington County Texas, Leonard began his career in the transportation industry, serving many years at the Federal and State levels. After moving across the United States and purchasing "10" homes during his transportation career, he obtained an Ohio Real Estate license in 2004 and represented Carleton Realty as a Sales Associate and Property Manager. After moving to Cape Coral, Florida in 2014, he obtained a Florida Real Estate license, concentrating on residential real estate in Charlotte, Collier and Lee counties. Geographically, this covers the popular areas of SWFL, including the beaches.?

Leonard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Prairie View A& M University and completed graduate studies in the fields of Engineering Administration and Public Administration at George Washington University and Iowa State University, respectively.
