Why should you use a Realtor® when buying a new build?

1. The builder is the seller and as most sellers, the builder is looking out for their own best interest. Realtors® represent you as the buyer and are looking out for you. Your agent will negotiate on your behalf and will help you through all the paperwork to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Your agent will also be with you every step of the way while your house is being built to monitor progress.
2. Realtors® can help to make sure your choices are the best for future resale of your home.
3. There is no cost to you. Builders have already built the Realtor fee into the price of the house as a marketing fee because so much of their business comes from Realtors®. The Realtor® fee has no impact on the price of the home.
