PART TIME / FULL TIME AGENTS
Carleton Realty welcomes both part time and full time agents. Since the agents mainly work out of their own homes/offices, there are no quotas and no monthly fees. Most agents are linked to the MLS via their home computers. Recent studies show that soon more than half of all agents nationwide will be primarily home based. We, at Carleton, believe we are helping to set the trend. The company office on Schrock Road in Westerville is used by agents primarily for client meetings, training, closings and reference material, all at no charge to the agent.
TRAINING
Detailed training is available to all agents covering topics including working with buyers and sellers and various marketing techniques. Training sessions are held weekly for 2 ½ hours each session. New agent orientation classes are conducted monthly. In addition, Top Agents in the company conduct "coaching" training classes. These training sessions are held in both daytime and evenings to accommodate the agent's schedule. "Mentoring" by the Broker is also a primary source of training in the company. This approach has proven to be very successful for new agents.
