About Us Carleton Realty was founded January 11, 1990 by Robert C. Kutschbach, President and Broker, along with eight agents. The company has grown each year to a total of over 140 agents today. The company now ranks in the Top 10 Largest Companies by number of agents in the Columbus Board of Realtors. Carleton Realty prides itself in the highest standards of honesty, integrity and ethical practices in our business. Our agents are expected to conduct themselves at all times in such a manner as to further enhance this reputation in the community and any dealings with other professionals in the Real Estate Industry. About The Broker Robert C. Kutschbach, founder and broker of the company, is one of the most widely recognized Real Estate instructors in the State of Ohio. Bob has taught 40 different Real Estate courses and over 25,000 students. His experience includes a Bachelors Degree in Business with a major in Accounting, 2 years experience with a Public Accounting firm where he passed the CPA exam, 10 years in the banking business which culminated as Senior Vice President of a local financial institution and over 20 years experience as an owner and manager of central Ohio rental properties. Carleton Realty agents and clients get the benefit of Bob's knowledge, contacts, and experience to help them in their real estate transactions. Affiliations Carleton Realty is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
